How to play
What's the goal?
Get every character onto its own doorway, the outlined square with its small letter, at the same time.
Why can't I move the character with the ticket?
Nobody can use the ticket they're holding. Tap them to pick the ticket up, then tap an empty-handed character to give it away. The one who receives it walks the ticket.
Why did my ticket change direction?
After every walk the ticket flips: 2 right becomes 2 left, and a bent ticket reverses its order too. The walker is now holding it, so they're the one who's stuck.
I'm stuck. What now?
Use Step Back to undo handoffs one at a time, or Restart to begin the level again. Both are always free. Remember that a character standing on its doorway can still give and receive, and sometimes has to leave to help someone else.
Your progress
Will I lose my progress if I get a new phone or reinstall?
No, as long as you're signed in to iCloud on both. Backpass keeps a copy of your progress in your iCloud account and restores it automatically.
Can I skip a level?
No. Levels unlock one at a time, and each one teaches something the next level builds on.
Beta testers
How do I send feedback from TestFlight?
Take a screenshot in Backpass, then tap Share Beta Feedback to mark it up and send it. You can also open the TestFlight app, choose Backpass and tap Send Beta Feedback. Crash reports are sent automatically.
Can my child join the beta?
Apple doesn't let children under 13 use TestFlight themselves. A parent installs the beta with their own Apple Account and hands the device over to play.
